Scholarship Requirement Explained: Growing up, I experienced the sting of poverty. I was left traumatized by constant calling-out for paying school-fees late. Today, I am a 300level medical student and founder of a nonprofit, who hopes to address a huge gap in the Nigerian healthcare system- “medical negligence”, by advocating for the integration of personalized medicine. This scholarship would not only relieve me financially by funding my next tuition which will enable me to continue my medical education, but will also give me the freedom to focus on excelling all round.
